ANNUAL PROFESSIONAL LICENCE PAYMENT DEADLINE APPROACHES

St. George’s, Grenada, 4th, January 2021: The Inland Revenue Division (IRD) advises the public that all licences except motor vehicle licences are due for payment annually on January 7th.
Â
ALL Professionals are therefore encouraged to pay their licences on or before January 7th 2021. These include:

·      Accountants
·      Architects
·      AuctioneersÂ
·      AuditorsÂ
·      Barristers/Lawyers/Solicitors
·      Building ContractorsÂ
·      Commercial TravellersÂ
·      Commission AgentsÂ
·      EngineersÂ
·      Pharmacists
·      Real Estate AgentsÂ
·      SurveyorsÂ
·      Wiremen

The public is reminded that a person liable to acquire a licence under the Licences Act Cap 172, who neglects to do so, shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of $500. Failure to pay by January 7th, 2021 will also affect their access to other government services.

In all cases, the full licence fee shall be paid annually.
