MANUFACTURER'S SUPPORT PROGRAMME UPDATE

 

ST. GEORGE’S, GRENADA, Thursday, June 02, 2016: The Government of Grenada wishes to advise

manufacturers that the deadline for accepting applications for eligibility/standing under the

Manufacturers' Support Programme for 2016 has expired.  However, Government has taken

a decision to offer an extension for submitting applications to Wednesday, June 15, 2016.

Applicants are reminded to address all applications to the Comptroller, Inland Revenue Division,

with the following content:

·        Number of persons currently employed;

·        Value of export sales for the period January-December 2015;

·        Value of sales excluding export sales for the period January-December 2015;

·        Value of Investment in 2015.

 

Under the Manufacturers' Support Programme, Government is granting up to $2.5M in relief to manufactures.

 

Please note that manufacturers who do not submit their application by the new deadline of Wednesday,

June 15, 2016, cannot benefit from the Programme.
