ST. GEORGE’S, GRENADA, Tuesday, January 26, 2016: A Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) appraisal and supervision Mission is currently in Grenada to review implementation issues relating to BNTF 7 and 8 Projects and hold discussions surrounding the Special Development Fund (SDF) 9 Negotiations.


The Mission, which runs from January 25 to 29, 2016, is being undertaken by Mrs. Darran Belgrave Newman, Portfolio Manager, BNTF and Mrs. Lavern Louard-Greaves, Social Analyst, Social Sector Division. While in Grenada, the team will hold discussions with the Acting Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, Mr. Mike Sylvester and the Oversight Entity Chairman, Ms. Kim Frederick. They will also hold meetings with the Oversight Entity; the staff of the Implementing Agency and the stakeholders of the various skills training programmes currently on-going. A visit will be made to sub-projects already started.
